Returns policy
To initiate a return request, please call us on (03) 9729 1755.
You may return items purchased from us within 30 days of delivery and be eligible for a full refund. The items must be unopened and in re-sellable condition, with no damage to the product packaging.
The customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred to return the goods to us - this will be advised at the time of your request. Alternatively, once you have arranged a return, you can also bring the goods directly to our warehouse.
Inspection of returned items
The items will be subject to an inspection by a Better Batt team member as part of the returns process. We reserve the right to decline return requests if the items are deemed to not be in re-sellable condition.
Processing time for refunds
You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned goods, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
